Your bridesmaids are a big part of
your special day. They are there to
support you and stand up for you on
your wedding day the most important of
all days. These are your closest
friends and family and chances are
they spent some serious cash to be
there for you on your big day. Most
bridesmaids pay for their own gowns
and shoes and even though this can be
expensive they do it because they love
you. Getting each of them a bridesmaid
gift is a simple and sweet way for you
to show your appreciation.
It is nice to get them each a
personalized item because it shows
that you have really put some thought
into choosing the gifts.
However, this can lead to complicated
problems if each woman is getting a
different gift entirely. Some of your
bridesmaids may become jealous of the
gifts you give to others and that can
lead to all kinds of ugliness on and
before your special day! You know your
bridesmaids best. If you do not think
they would feel this way than go ahead
and get them all different
gifts
but if you think this sort of scene
could follow them consider getting
them the same gift. Getting the same
gifts does not mean that they
cannot be personalized, they can.
There are many different ways to
personalize things and there is no
better way to make use of such
technology than now.
Choosing the right bridesmaid
gifts
can be daunting task, especially if
you need one thing find something that
they all will like. You might want to
consider getting them a bracelet or a
beautiful key chain. These can be
easily engraved with their names and a
personal message. This is one of those
unique gifts that she could cherish
forever. Jewelry boxes are another
popular choice, everyone can use them.
One of my favorite ideas that does not
have to cost a fortune is a compact.
Every woman needs a gorgeous, quality
compact, this should be a rule. You
can buy each of them a wonderful
compact and have it engraved with
their names on the top. And needless
to say, jewelry is always a popular
choice among the ladies. Everyone
likes jewelry. You can give them a
wonderful set that they can wear while
they are walking down the isle.
When to give the bridesmaid gifts
is something that some struggle with.
You can wait until the day of the
wedding but traditionally most people
give the bridesmaid and groomsmen
gifts the night of the rehearsal
dinner. Some like to stand up and make
a formal presentation of each gift
along with some personal words of love
and appreciation. Others prefer to do
the deed in private so that it is
something special shared just between
two friends. The final decision is up
to you of course, just do what feels
right to you and follow your heart.
